Shipping/Handling-Rates vary depending on size, weight and shipping location. We use the most economical shipping service based on your needs. A $7 handling fee applies to all shipped gift baskets. | Can I include alcohol/tobacco in my gift basket? |
| WINE, CHAMPAGNE, BEER, LIQUOR, TOBACCO Yes, however we do not sell alcohol or tobacco. Alcoholic beverages, i.e. wine, beer, champagne, liquor and/or tobacco products must be purchased separately through our local vendor. We will then arrange to pick up and include your beverage and/or tobacco products in your gift basket. There is an $8 fee for this service. Please allow a minimum 48 hour (2 business day) advance notice for gift baskets requiring alcohol. We do not deliver alcohol only. Alcohol must be contained in a gift basket. | LOCAL DELIVERY We provide local delivery service to all businesses, hotel/casinos, resorts and residential addresses in Las Vegas, Henderson, Green Valley, Summerlin & Boulder City. Local delivery hours are Monday-Friday 10am - 3pm (PST) Saturday & Sunday Delivery Service - Order by 10am (PST) Thursday Same Day Delivery Service - Order by 10am (PST) Monday-Friday* *On select items, excludes custom designs Standard gift baskets are made to order and delivered next business day, unless otherwise specified. Large quantity standard gift basket orders require advance notice. Contact us for availability. Custom/Specialty gift baskets are made to order and in most cases, require a minimum 24-48 hour advance notice. For the most efficient service, email custom requests & be sure to include date of event, quantity needed, theme of event and general budget. A delivery confirmation email is sent once the gift basket has been successfully delivered to the recipient. SHIPPING We offer nationwide shipping and take every precaution to pack your gift basket for a safe arrival. We are not responsible for damage that may occur during shipping. For damage during shipping please contact the contracted transit service i.e. UPS to report damage. Tracking details are provided once the gift basket has been shipped. |

| SUBSTITUTIONS On rare occasions, it may be necessary for us to make substitutions in our standard gift baskets with products of equal or greater value. PRIVACY POLICY In order to effectively & accurately process orders, we require the following information: Your name, company (if applicable), email address, street address, phone number and billing information as well as the name, address and telephone information of your gift recipient (s). This information is strictly confidential and will not be sold or distributed in any manner. Your information will be used only for the purpose of confirming your order and/or to notify you of special offers, new products and/or services. ORDER CHANGE/CANCELLATIONS All gift basket orders, whether received by phone, fax or online submission, will receive an order confirmation, via email, within 24 hours or on the next business day for orders received during non-fulfillment hours. Please review order confirmations carefully and completely – written notice of any/all changes or cancellations must be received no later then 5pm (PST) the day the order confirmation is sent. Same day delivery orders may not be changed or cancelled. |
