We offer nationwide shipping.  We
take every precaution and make
every effort to pack your gift basket
for a safe arrival.  We are not
responsible for damage that may
occur during shipping.  
For damage during shipping please
contact the contracted transit
service i.e. UPS to report damage.

regular business hours or on the next business day, for orders received after hours.

form within 48 hours of placing your order.
Please be advised that we are not allowed to deliver directly to guest rooms.  Gift baskets are delivered
to the hotel bell/concierge desk.  Hotel personnel will then arrange for in-room delivery.  Additionally, if
we do not have the name of the actual registered guest, delivery may be delayed and/or additional
delivery fee's may apply.  Please be sure to provide the name of the REGISTERED guest,
if different from recipient name i.e. John Doe c/o Jane Doe.
